I get the following error when trying to activate:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class CMB_Meta_Box in /home1/blacktn0/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ccr-pricing-table/metabox/class.cmb-meta-box.php on line 6
 
What could be the issue?
