Thank you for purchasing our premium theme. We provide our support in order to make your experience better with us. So that, we’d like to advise you to read our support policy in details on this page.

CodexCoder Support Policy:

At very first you need to know that, we only offer our support only to Theme Buyers and must with a Valid Purchase Code. Here, at CodexCoder we only offer support for our developed themes, features and functionality unique to our themes. We cannot assist you with general WordPress support or assist you with theme customizations and modifications in any circumstances.

Our Support does NOT include the following things:

  • Providing general WordPress support
  • Providing specific support for your third-party plugins
  • Providing code customizations support to extend default theme features
  • Provide fixing that are unique to your web hosting or server environment

Our Support Response

We feel pleasure to provide the best possible Support to you but sometime it requested that you remain patient as there might be sudden delays to response. Providing Theme Support is not mandatory for Authors or Themeforest but we love our Customers. So that, we’ll always provide support to our clients for our Active Themes.

  • For any simple questions you should expect to be answered within 8-12 working hours from Wednesday to Monday and 16 Hours on Tuesday.
  • For any Complex Questions you should expect to be answered within 48 working hours.
  • After providing any answer doesn’t mean that your Question is solved. It might take more than that time/replies if the issue is complex. But no worry! Your required questions will always be solved.
  • You are requested do not get abusive towards Moderator/Authors on Support Forum, if there any delays.
